How does it feel to react/want? (Day 90)

Continuing on from yesterday, where every time you noticed yourself reacting you were looking for what you want in the situation – today you're going to add to that and notice how your body feels when you're wanting.
There's an aspect of swimming upstream to this practice, as the energy of wanting propels you outwards into the world to satisfy your wants. But now, you're going to ignore the specific content of your wants and look inwards, right at the act of wanting itself. Specifically, you're going to explore the physical experience and sensations that are the foundation of wanting, living underneath the emotions, thoughts and situations.
Over time, you'll become very familiar with the physical postures of your various reactions/wantings.

Investigate how your body feels when you're reacting/wanting things to be different.
