Heat & Softening (Day 165)


Like an old-time locomotive, with a fire kept hot at the heart of it, you're going to warm-up your torso and keep it at optimum operating temperature and efficiency.


Your @attention posture and specifically your bandhas, have turned your torso into a dynamic container. Your responsibility and is to support yourself well and seal it up, and then add the gentle but relentless churning (like milk to butter) of your breath.


This will allow all of your tension and suffering that has been solidly baked-in for years to soften and eventually burn off entirely.
