Today we mark and celebrate getting to the half-way point in our year of daily practice. This is a big milestone, and you should be proud of yourself! ๐Ÿ˜Š In the image above are the high-value words that emerged out of your practice (deep listening) today. They describe the changes that you've felt in yourself over the past 6 months.


Over the first half of this year, we've had a good first tour through the 4 levels of your brain (the first four out of 7 levels of your mind):


Level 1: ๐Ÿ‘‘ Human โ€“ Awareness

Level 2: ๐Ÿต Monkey โ€“ Thinking

Level 3: ๐Ÿฐ Mammal โ€“ Emotions

Level 4: ๐Ÿ Reptile โ€“ Body


Now that we've completed one full cycle through your brain, we're going to start again from the top, this time observing yourself from a deeper, richer, more subtle and insightful perspective. Over time, as we keep circling deeper, the practice looks like a downward spiral. You keep working through the same territory, but each time a bit deeper, until finally you reach the goal and finish your practice.


Over the next 6 months we're going to move through Mind Levels 1-4 again, and then at the end of the year we'll dip into your deeper mind and take a first look at:


Level 5: ๐ŸŒธ Cells โ€“ Life

Level 6: โญ๏ธ Atoms โ€“ Matter

Level 7: ๐Ÿ•ณ Empty โ€“ Finish
