Here towards the end of our initial focus on awareness, we pivot deeper into your mind, and have a look at where we're headed.
Next month we're going to look into, tame a little bit, and train your thinking mind. And the month after that, our focus is on the even wilder and deeper reaches of your emotional mind.
To have any chance of success, your awareness must be (as ) stable (as possible). This is made possible by anchoring it in your tangible and more-ancient/deeper-than-the-other-two body. As you observe a breath or body sensation, you become aware of awareness happening.
Building this perspective will allow you to face your thoughts and emotions without them being able to push you around. You can make your own choices.
Notice the relationship of your awareness and your body. Observing the body helps you get back into that CEO pocket and learn to stay there.
