Day 16 – Listening👂🏽

This week we are spending one day focusing on each of your five outward-facing senses – starting with listening.


As you move through your day, bring some awareness to what you hear, and notice when and how that impacts and changes your field of body sensations (which we wake-up and reconnect with every morning).

Notice that there are three players involved your listening practice: your body (subject), the sound (object), and You (the objective observer).
