Connecting the Inside and Outside (Day 170)

To an alarming and problematic degree, we live our lives in a state of having lost (control of) our minds. Basecamp is a place/perspective where you can be aware of and connect with both your inside (your mind) and outside (the world), allowing you to navigate your life in balance.
PRACTICE
Wake up every morning and build your @attention basecamp. Keep some of your internal mind with you as you move through your day.
We don't get to choose what the day brings. Some days are stormy and some are calm. You have no direct control over this. It's largely the result of reactions and decisions you've made earlier. By practicing and controlling your mind now, you'll make your tomorrow better.
