A Body with Attitude (Day 143)

We're just getting into exploring this body-level of your mind. Yesterday we noticed that there is a background hum to being alive. Today you're going to notice that your body is always in some posture or the other – in some 'attitude' (to slightly stretch the dance sense of the word).


Notice what shape you're in. You're basically going to be either standing (including walking), sitting or lying down. Tune into what that shape/posture feels like. Even close your eyes for moments throughout your day and feel your way into your embodiment.

Before you doing anything about something, stop and investigate what sensations are happening in your body.

Start to gather some sensation words around the feelings in your body (e.g. hot, cold, heavy, tense, light, buzzing, etc.). Let the words come to you!
