Hi everyone, I'm pretty sure I'll come. I've been listening to Thay (Thich Nhat Hanh) talk about his walking meditations and have been meaning to start. He says that he teaches kids to simply say 'yes' to themselves on each step of the in breath and 'thank you' on each step of the out breath, timing the steps with the breath. This is to teach them to say yes to life and thank you to nature/mother earth.
