Hi everyone, This Friday will the first organised mindful walk

Suggest we meet at the Discovery centre at 9.30AM and discuss how far we want to walk, structure our time and create some awareness. Or disciss on here?

Bring your necessities hat, water bottle, sunscreen and comfy walking shoes. There are facilities.

The master Thich Nhat Hahn gives a very brief Zen description of walking breath and the steps.

We shouldn't rush the experience.

We arrive in the present moment with every step.

We walk and discover each moment as we encounter it.
