Walking Mindfully

@Chris remind me where and how far the Mindful walk is this Saturday 30 September please.

Also I don't often make 5.45 at the moment but would be happy to get going a bit earlier to avoid the heat if everyone else doesn't need a long Saturday lie-in (Saturday currently predicted the hottest day this week at 30C)
